Phase 2 (from September 2025–March 2026)

More schools will join, participating in a new round of self-assessment, support and engagement with a PCF, building on the work completed in Phase 1.

Meanwhile ongoing support will be offered to the Phase 1 schools to help them to embed their learning and practice improvements. This will enable schools to continue to work alongside their parent/carer engagement group to nurture a culture of inclusivity and ensure parental views are heard.

A termly local community of practice, organised together with parent/carer representatives, will also give schools the opportunity to share experiences and learn from each other.
