What's happening?

NHS Frimley is the lead organisation for PINS in East Berkshire and is working with a range of partners to support schools in becoming more inclusive and ensure neurodivergent children receive the support they need.

The focus is on:

  • Strengthening relationships between schools and parents/carers
  • Creating more inclusive school environments
  • Providing training and guidance to school staff

Through Parent Carer Forums (PCFs), engagement sessions and meetings, PINS in East Berkshire aims to:

✔ Shape whole-school SEND provision
✔ Build a lasting impact in schools
✔ Create a legacy of collaboration between schools, families and education and health professionals
